★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had a fantastic experience at Sozo Yoga! I attended one of the 75 min hot yoga classes and absolutely loved it. The instructor was incredible, motivating, knowledgeable, and brought such great energy to the class. I felt completely revitalized afterward, both physically and mentally. She even came to help, because I have some hyper-mobility so sometimes need pointers when I’m overextending. (I had mentioned prior to class start so welcomed assistance)The studio itself is clean, smells great, and has the perfect temperature for hot yoga. Everyone I interacted with was warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The clothes were also super cute.Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high-quality, energizing yoga session in a great environment. Based on my level of experience, a shorter class probably would’ve been better for me- but challenging and engaging and would 100% do it again.
August 03 · Johanna KristiansenUpdate: still the best Yoga studio. I started coming here in the beginning of 2025 - the owner Kara is so passionate about yoga & the experience each one of us receives at SOZO. My mom started coming for the chair classes on Tuesday and absolutely loves it (and Misty too)! I’ve tried all of the heated classes and the Yin with touch classes. It’s hard for me now to say which is my top favorite. There’s not too many yoga studios in south metro Atlanta but SOZO is a gem of its own & it’s becoming one of my favorite places ❤️
April 29 · Yasmin DonkerI’ve done a couple hot yoga 26 classes with Nicole and they’ve been great! I was apprehensive at first as I’ve never done hot yoga, but I loved it! The class is hot so definitely bring water! Towels are provided (and needed! As you will be sweating a lot) but you can bring any other items you may need! Nicole has been a great instructor and provides a fun environment! I definitely recommend!
September 16 · Chyia LewisNew to the area and tried my first Hot 26 class and wow, what an experience! The sweat was refreshing and the sequence pushed me in the best way possible. I loved the structure of the 26 postures. It was challenging yet grounding. The instructor Misty was knowledgeable, encouraging, and helped everyone stay focused through the heat. I walked out drenched, detoxed, and surprisingly calm. Can’t wait to go again!
July 14 · Karina AdarragaSozo is by far my FAVORITE hot yoga studio. I’ve tried multiple studios in other cities & states and have never been met with such kindness & positivity as I have at Sozo. I love how the classes are just the right heat (aka I don’t feel like I just went to boot camp in the Amazon rainforest or like I am gonna die from heat exhaustion) & I alwaysss leave each class feeling stronger and more empowered. so grateful for this studio! Oh! & there are classes for all levels! I love telling my friends about Sozo.
