Services Offered
SOTO Sculpt: This is one of the signature class types offered at SotoMethod. SOTO Sculpt is a low-impact workout that combines elements of Pilates and strength training with a focus on sculpting and toning the body. The class is designed to build long, lean muscle and improve posture and alignment. It involves targeted training with a method that includes a 60-second isometric hold followed by 10 dynamic movements. This structure is intended to fatigue each muscle group efficiently and provide a powerful, full-body workout.
SOTO Sweat: For those who prefer a high-energy workout, SOTO Sweat is the perfect class. It incorporates cardio intervals into the sculpting routine, designed to maximize calorie burn and increase afterburn. The class provides an intense, full-body workout that is challenging but also leaves participants feeling strong and refreshed.
Power Flow and Stretch: In addition to their core sculpting and cardio classes, SotoMethod also offers classes that focus on mindful movement and flexibility, such as Power Flow and Stretch. These classes are designed to complement the more intense workouts, helping members improve their flexibility, range of motion, and overall body alignment. This balanced approach to fitness is perfect for those who want a holistic workout routine that goes beyond just strength and cardio.

May 26 · Raquel GerlaniRun, don’t walk to this beautiful new work out studio. I’ve been obsessed with the online format of Soto for a while, but being able to take the class in real life took it to the next level. The space is large, clean and smells incredible (weird to say for a workout studio, I know). And oh the people! The ladies of Soto are all warm, welcoming and kind. I can’t wait to take my next class there!
January 25 · Lindsay LouieI’ve been doing Soto consistently digitally and have seen insane results! I am stronger both physically and mentally. I recently went to Soto’s pop up in Tribeca - it was an incredible experience. The studio is sleek and elegant…& the workouts, well Hilary and her team will leave you sore no doubt, but also empowered. A MUST do for all fitness lovers in NYC!
January 12 · Elizabeth RobertsSoto was incredible - the studio was immaculate (clean, high ceilings, open air flow, plus plenty of mirrors) and the team was remarkably personable and knowledgeable. Each exercise was broken into attainable durations (20s) and plenty challenging if you push yourself — love focusing on one muscle group at a time to truly burn them out… haven’t felt my lower abs this sore in a minute.Excited to see what this team will achieve!
January 13 · Robert LongwellWow! One of the hardest workouts I've done but I have never felt better after a workout then I did after SotoSweat with Tara. Tara was an absolutely fantastic instructor, very helpful and understanding but helped to push everyone to do their very best. I appreciated the different weight options and modifications that were offered for certain exercises. I feel the results after just once class and will definitely be back, once my muscles recover a little bit :)
