Dylan greets all the customers at the front desk and provides you a warm welcome every time you step through the door. I so appreciate having such present and aware ownership. Kenna is absolutely incredible at what she does - she is so knowledgable and energetic towards assisting all of her clients. I have been working with Kenna and Julie (both trainers) through postpartum pelvic floor recovery, and have felt such a difference in my strength and overall awareness of my pelvic floor. I can't recommend this gym, their owners, and their trainers enough. Anyone that gets the opportunity to workout at Sona Fitness is very lucky - they're the best!

I trained with Kenna during my first postpartum recovery and through my second pregnancy which made all the difference with my second postpartum recovery which has been SO much smoother and honestly a breeze. I'm so happy that I found Sona when I did!! Kenna is so knowledgable about the body (including with pelvic floor issues) and amazing at tailoring programs to my body's specific imbalances and quirks and I feel stronger than ever!!!

The gym is a friendly community of clients who are excited about and motivated by the Sona Fitness whole body approach. Workouts build mind and body alike. The atmosphere is friendly and upbeat, and the owners Dylan and Kenna couldn't be nicer and more helpful. The workouts are hard, but focused and motivational. I highly recommend this fitness destination, whether you're looking for a neighborhood place to work one-on-one with a trainer, or to take advantage of the group classes. Sona Fitness is comfortable, inviting, and no one is judging...just encouraging you! Highly recommend.

The small group classes offer you the opportunity to get to know your instructor and be seen which is critical in having proper form and getting the most out of your workout.All of the trainers are extremely knowledgeable, welcoming and so nice. When I first joined Sona, I was 3 months postpartum. Kenna (owner and trainer, also certified in PP health/training) guided through what is often a difficult time, showing me how to safely work out again. I was able to get stronger more quickly than I had done with my first thanks to her guidance.Having child care is also a wonderful option. I trust that my kids are in safe hands and I can focus on my workout.Love the new app for scheduling classes and online workouts too!
