The machines are top notch, with all the bells and whistles and they move so nicely, with hand pockets to take stress off your wrists and much more. The instructors are so friendly, and call out different levels during class for every different ability. Its low intensity with higher intensity bursts if you want to push yourself. The burn is so good, but I always leave class I feel so zen. You won’t regret giving Solos a try!
