There was no representative at the front desk when I arrived at 7 am. The buzzer code was not working at first and since no one was at the front desk, my entry to class was delayed. Despite this being Solidcore’s issue, the instructor refused to let me take the class. Definitely do not recommend this studio. As a new customer at the UES location , I am not very thrilled with how Theresa managed the situation. She considered my booking cancelled even though I was on time and arrived within the policy window.I have been to other solidcore studios in NYC where the instructors are more welcoming and professional. My bad experience here is not reflective of the other studio locations. - Tatiana Canaran

While many clients find the instructors to be "welcoming" and "professional," with "clear, easy to understand" instructions, it is important to be aware of potential inconsistencies. Some reviewers have noted challenges with specific instructors or management protocols, particularly concerning front desk presence and strict policies. For example, a client was denied entry to a class despite a booking issue that was not their fault. This points to the importance of strict adherence to the studio's rules and an understanding that customer service experiences can vary.
