The first week was fantastic — coaches Uriah Johnson (Head Coach & Community Manager), Krishna Pate, and Nathan Eldering were all amazing. They listened to my wrist injury (doctor’s orders: no exercises on my hands), made thoughtful modifications, and ensured I still got a great workout.Unfortunately, my last class on July 22 with Erik Payne was a very different experience. From the start, his tone felt curt and dismissive when I explained my injury. He adjusted my setup in a way that made my modifications harder, and when I tried to get his attention, his responses felt snappy rather than supportive. Even after reminding him multiple times about my limitation, he continued to suggest exercises I couldn’t do, and when I chose safe alternatives, he questioned me sharply in front of others. I became so uncomfortable that I left the class early and decided not to return for the remainder of my pass.It’s disappointing because the other coaches were fantastic and truly made me feel welcomed and cared for. I hope this feedback helps ensure all clients — especially those with injuries — receive the same level of understanding and support.

The coaches always bring great energy, queue up moves well and are good about helping during class if needed. The manager Haley is also so great and responses quickly if you have any questions. Definitely recommend!

I feel motivated by the atmosphere, workout plans and great coaches ! Membership is on expensive side but with unlimited access to classes I feel it’s worth it !
