[solidcore] North Station Introduce
Welcome to North Station, a fitness destination that is shaking up the workout scene in Boston, Massachusetts. More than a traditional gym or a standard Pilates studio, offers a unique, high-intensity, low-impact strength training workout on a custom-built reformer machine. This immersive and challenging program is designed to break down muscles to failure, allowing them to rebuild stronger than ever. For those in the Massachusetts area seeking a physical fitness program that delivers serious results in a dynamic and supportive environment, North Station is an exceptional choice. The studio's philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone can and should feel empowered by their fitness journey, and the coaches are committed to guiding you every step of the way.
The atmosphere inside is one of community and shared determination. With the lights down and music up, the focus is on your own movements and the encouragement from your coach and fellow attendees. It's a space where you can leave the day's stresses behind and concentrate on creating the strongest version of yourself. The workout is designed to be tough, but the feeling of accomplishment after each session is what keeps clients coming back for more. The supportive community is often highlighted by members, who note that the shared experience of tackling the challenging workout together makes it all worth it. This blend of rigorous training and a welcoming community is what sets North Station apart from other fitness options in the city.
North Station is strategically located at 106 Beverly St Space S2, Boston, MA 02114, USA. Its prime spot in the bustling North Station area makes it an easily accessible option for a wide range of people living and working in Boston and the surrounding Massachusetts suburbs. The studio's proximity to TD Garden and North Station itself means it's a convenient location for those who commute via the Orange Line, Green Line, or Commuter Rail. This makes it possible to squeeze in a powerful workout before or after your workday without having to travel far.
While the location is a major plus for public transit users, the nearby TD Garden also means that parking can be a challenge, as noted in a customer review. Finding a spot can be tough, especially on days when there are events. However, for those who are willing to navigate the urban parking landscape, there are options, including paid street parking. Despite this, the studio's excellent accessibility via public transport makes it an ideal destination for anyone in the Greater Boston area looking for a high-quality fitness center. The studio's location on Beverly Street places it right in the heart of a revitalized and energetic part of the city, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and other amenities.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It’s an easily accessible studio for some good high intensity low impact training, the community is great! If you are planning to work out 3-4 times a week, in my opinion it’s definitely worth it. Parking can be tough because it’s in front of TD garden. If you have trouble booking or experiencing some issues when you reach the place, the team (which you can email) will gladly helps you, and they are understandable.
December 13 · Lucklita ThengReally good workout, but terrible user interface on both laptop and mobile. Had a frustrating experience where I couldn’t update my credit card on my phone(after trying multiple methods), so then switched to my laptop where the login screen kept locking (?). After 30 min of back and forth I was able to update my credit card on the phone app… and during this time the few spots remaining in the class I wanted were all booked. And of course you can’t reach anyone to assist in real time when you call the studio too. That being said, the classes/ teachers ARE very good (if you are willing to pay $40)
January 20 · MarisaWould not call this Pilates. This is more like HIT or bootcamp on a reformer. You will need lots of stretching after
June 25 · AC CI love the classes but I will say, take the beginner class first, because of the amount of people, if you don’t know what you are doing it’s hard for the instructors to keep a close eye on you and you can become easily frustrated, the classes are legitimately hard but it’s worth it. I’ve been only 3 times and still learning but it can get a bit hard to follow sometimes, you will be in a beautiful amount of pain which makes it be a great workout
September 09 · Ad RupI loved it although it's extremely hard, especially for me getting in shape after a few surgeries. But it's just what I need. Lydia was our instructor today, she is fun, motivating, thoughtful, and corrected my moves every single time I was getting it wrong. I could see that other ladies are regulars at that studio, everyone was in extremely good shape! I've never seen this in any other studio. Ill be back very soon. I can do that workout only once a week because it makes me extremely tired but only after 3 times I'm already seeing results, it really reshapes your body fast.People complaining about the space not being open if you are late - well don't be late! It's a new place, it's worth any money. No reason to leave a bad review to a place that just has opened up and hiring employees. I'm so happy you came to Boston!!
