The class starts on the floor with 3-4 strength workouts and then to the virtual immersion running. Then back to different strength workout and closing it with running. Overall very positive experience with fun workout, fabulous team with Ethan as owner and workout coach, Mickey who provided background and story of the gym and love the positive affirmation wall 😍 Highly recommend! 😊

The virtual reality treadmill experience is super fun and makes you excited about running (I personally don’t love it).Ethan — the owner of Sid’s Gym — was a great coach. He played the best music and adjusted the workout to match the abilities of those in the class. He also gave me modifications for my lower back issues. The class flew by because it was so fun. I will be back!

I really got in a good sweat (the type that makes you feel like you crushed a workout), it was competitive (you can see your competition on the screens of the futuristic treadmills), and I even stayed after to play a game of ping pong against my class partner.. added a nice touch of community I haven’t gotten anywhere else. Such a prime location with great people in every class I have taken! I will be back.
