I tried PT, stretching, yoga, etc., but could not make a good habit of it and would inevitably injure myself and have to start over. Over the past 6 months I have been working out with Jack twice a week and it’s been life changing. Jack takes great care with my form and exercise choices to slowly and steadily build up my overall strength. My workouts are always changing so I am constantly challenged. I’m really quite amazed at how much stronger I am today. My lower back pain will never completely go away but it is so much more manageable. My mobility and strength are probably the best it’s been since my 20s. I am very grateful to Jack and highly recommend him and the Seanfit team if you’re looking to make real progress on your fitness goals.
