Sculpt Pilates and Barre Reviews
Sculpt classes are a wonderful experience! Pilates is a great exercise with intentional focus on breath and technique, especially in Carrie’s classes. I have had chronic knee problems over the years, tried physical therapy a few times, but nothing has helped the way Pilates has since it evenly works all leg muscles keeping knees in alignment.
April 07 · Erica BryceLove this place! I found Sculpt a couple years ago & never looked back. They have great classes, very knowledgeable instructors, a flexible schedule & a beautiful studio. The owner, Beth, is wonderful, helpful & really goes above & beyond for her clients. If you’re in the Harrisburg area & looking for fun, comprehensive classes, this is the place for you!
February 24 · Anna MatarazziI started looking for a Pilates studio earlier this summer in the hopes that I could use this kind of workout to help with my weak core & ongoing back issues. I was a little nervous about being a "newbie" on what were initially intimidating-looking machines so I started with their intro offer for private classes. Cari took me through all the moves & equipment in the studio, carefully taking into account my concerns about my back. After those 3 classes I felt confident enough (and felt like this was a good addition to my routine) to get a membership.Based on my schedule, I've typically taken classes with Cari who always keeps the classes fresh and challenging. Beth, the owner, has also been warm and accommodating. If you're looking to get started or a Pilates expert I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sculpt.
October 18 · Nicole LucianoAs a physical therapist, I’m always on the lookout for effective methods that complement rehabilitation and improve overall movement patterns—and Sculpt Pilates and Barre is exactly that! I’ve been recommending this studio to many of my patients, and I’ve personally experienced the benefits of Pilates for both injury prevention and recovery.
December 03 · Nicholas ZehringI’ve been taking Pilates classes at Sculpt for a few months now and feel so much stronger and like my mobility has increased as well. The energy of the studio is always welcoming and fun; I couldn’t recommend this studio enough as the classes are always something I look forward to!
