We have several resistance training program options including personal training, semi-private training, and small group boot camp.
- Semi-Private Training $800.00
Includes the personalized exercise programming of private training with the motivating team environment of group training. Weekly you'll complete between 3-5 sessions with your personal trainer. Training hours are available Monday to Friday from 7-8am, 5-6pm, & 6-7pm. A 12 Week Program for $800.
- Small Group Boot Camp From $169.99
A 45 minute resistance training circuit designed to help you target fat loss, tone up, feel stronger and have more energy. The exercises and workout intensity are adaptable to appropriately challenge both first time gym goes and veterans. Includes accountability and complementary Nutrition Coaching.

A friend suggested Sculpt Fitness and I’m so eternally grateful.Over the past month, I’ve worked closely with Coach Angel, who is extremely passionate, patient, knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. Angel has great analogies that help solidify the basic movements and overall has a great coaching style, which sets the bar high! I look forward to learning something new every session and I can’t wait to see the progress made.I also met with Coach David, who diligently reviewed a nutrition packet which offered attainable suggestions to meet my fitness goals through protein and calorie deficit. I really liked this session because the suggestions were not restrictive.All in all, the staff here are very nice and really want you to succeed! The gym is well-maintained, clean and welcoming. I like that I’m able to ask questions and that the trainers really focus on making sure you have the correct form and that you’re doing the workouts correctly. I appreciate my initial visit sitting down with David. He broke what my calorie and protein intake should be and . I also appreciate the trainers making sure I stay accountable for my own health and well-being. So far Sculpt Fitness has been great and I look forward to my results.
