No two workouts are the same. She incorporates basic segments in each class so that everyone can learn and master. She successfully modifies all exercises so that beginners to super fit members work to their potential. I love that it is an all woman’s gym with members ranging in age from students to seniors. I also love that her classes are in person and online.
