April 06 · Nicole GarciaI had never heard about wall yoga until I saw a post that Saule was hosting an intro to wall yoga class. I went and instantly fell in love. Nicole is an amazing teacher. She makes you feel comfortable, lets you explore the pose on your own, and really makes class fun and inviting. Now I have a new found love for wall yoga and a studio to practice at!
April 07 · CassandraSaule is one of those studios you walk into and you’re instantly welcomed. It has such a vibrant community of people looking for connection and wellness! I love the variety of classes and the workshops they offer.
April 06 · Amber ATLDR: 10/10 the most comfortable, clean, safe feeling yoga studio you'll attend.Hands down my favorite yoga studio I’ve ever been too. The instructors are all so welcoming and knowledgeable. The instructor I book most frequently is Taunya, her voice is so soothing, and her classes are so healing! But I can honestly say all the instructors have soothing and healing classes. Their props are clean and well maintained; and the studio always feels clean and safe. They lock the front door during sessions so you don’t worry about anyone coming in, and they have a nice selection of yoga wear. They also have different events that are just awesome. I've done the "couples yoga" class and the "massage / yin yoga" class. That's right, a massage yoga class! They have masseuses that walk around the room and do light massaging while you're in a yin pose. It was phenomenal! I could go on longer, but this has already gotten pretty lengthy, so thank you to anyone still reading this! I highly recommend this studio! 10/10.
April 06 · KokoBest yoga studio ever! Every instructor is unique and wonderful in their own way. The environment is so welcoming and I love the small class sizes. Saule is my home away from home.
