★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took my first restorative yoga class with Kim and left feeling amazing! The Studio is so clean, warm, and welcoming. I can’t wait to bring friends to this class, especially great for someone who is new to Yoga. ❤️🙏🏽
July 21 · elizabeth ivezajMy 13 years old enjoys the yoga practices a lot, good exercises, good stretching, mindful connections to her own body. She talked a lot about her experiences with her friends. I am so glad she enjoys doing yoga and how good she feels after the yoga practice
February 07 · Anna HuangI have met with Stephanie for Intuitive Energetic Healing sessions a few times now and I always leave feeling rejuvenated and spiritually aligned. The atmosphere she creates is welcoming and calming, making it easy to connect on a deeper level. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to enhance their connection to their spirituality and foster personal growth!
October 25 · Sarah Delli ColliI’ve been coming to Sacred Space for over a year now. Out of all the yoga studios I’ve been to over the years Sacred Space is by far my favorite. It truly feels like you’re entering a safe space every time you walk through the doors. The space itself is open, warm and inviting. One of the things I love the most about Sacred Space is that there are no mirrors in the studio. It has really allowed me to focus more on how each pose feels and how I feel over all and less about how I look. For someone who is very self critical, it’s a game changer. I can go on and on about the classes and the different instructors, they’re all amazing. So, if you’re on the fence about taking a class or joining the studio, here’s your sign to take it. You won’t regret it.
November 14 · Rebecca SuttonI have been attending events at Sacred Space since their very first days. One of my favorite things about the studio is that it is, indeed, a space to find sacredness. During classes, and in exchanges with teachers and staff, I have experienced many moments of profound awareness, support, and growth. I am so grateful to everyone at Sacred Space who has built such a lovely community for those of who crave a way to transcend the mundane.
