aerial yoga
★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've never taken a bad class here! The ladies who teach are phenomenal and they know what they're doing. Whether you're already in shape or starting from the bottom, they know how to accommodate your needs and meet you on your level (and then push you just that little bit harder so you can be your best self).I regularly take aerial, yoga, and interval classes and have just started experimenting with SUP. Having little to no experience with any of those types of exercise before coming here, I can vouch that this is a great place for beginners!
December 14 · RiskittlesFirst time here & first time doing aerial yoga ... I'm hooked. My body thoroughly appreciated this class, it helped my mental, and everyone was so inviting. Cathy made me feel right at home and very comfortable. Definitely planning to come regularly and check out the other classes as well.
August 28 · CandiceI started going to the small group training after "graduating" from Physical therapy after back surgery. I realized I was intimidated and honestly fearful that I was going to do something to set back the progress I had made in physical therapy. AND in the spirit of honesty I was not disciplined enough to maintain the homework. The trainers at Root SUP & Fitness have been a blessing and a key component in my success to continue to enjoy and thrive in life while gaining more motion range, flexibility, strength, and way better balance. I also enjoyed being in a small group of like minded people. It has been extremely encouraging to know that other people of all ages and different stages of their health journey were thriving and have been working with the trainers for some time. I love the saying on the door because it is 100% true."Getting here is the hard part! We got you from here!" Make the commitment to yourself and get there, nothing happens overnight but as long as you don't give up on yourself the trainers at Root SUP & Fitness will help you find what you need.
April 05 · Jane SorliRylie is an amazing instructor. She was sopatient and kind. It was my first class and I felt nervous going in but she quickly helped me feel more comfortable. Thank you so much for the wonderful class!!
July 31 · Erin BryantMy wife convinced me to take a restorative aerial yoga class and I’m so glad she did. The staff was warm and welcoming. The space was inviting with rough cut timber panels and a beautiful mural painted on a concrete wall. I was invited by a calming aroma as we walked in, not sure if this was just for the class I took, but it was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend taking a class here.
