March 27 · John WaclawikNickel runs a great program. Constant one hour of activity with every one able to work out at there own level of ability. The music and 1:00 minute of activity then rotate to new station keeps me motivated to do my best.
October 11 · Dave JamesonHaving been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease a little over two years ago I felt that I was at a crossroad as to what to do, in addition to learning all I could about this terrible disease. A short time later my wife read about Rock Steady Boxing as being a gym where people with Parkinson’s disease could learn exercises that would slow the progression of the symptoms of Parkinson’s. I joined right away and two years later I’m seeing a difference. Rock Steady Boxing in Gilbert AZ is the place to be. It’s very organized and run professionally and the Coaches really care.
