I’ve now been going to Rhythm and Flow 2 to 3 times a week for at least seven years… I’ve lost track. Deana is incredibly knowledgeable and quick to modify or adjust any exercise that causes pain. I spend a lot of time in the car and often arrive with back pain. But I always leave pain-free and feeling stronger. I really enjoy the private sessions, but have started taking classes as well. I had been worried that the classes wouldn’t allow for the individual attention to personal needs that private sessions too. I was wrong. Deana is an amazing teacher. I recommend rhythm and flow to everyone!
