It's a bit of a distance from where I live and work, and parking (if I drive) can be stressful, but I keep going back b/c it's worth it. I feel comfortable and the instructors know my name which is really nice.

Instructors are motivating without yelling at you, always helping you dig deeper and ask more of yourself. Programming is well structured and varied. This is not the type of gym to go to if you want to admire yourself in the mirror or find a date. Each class will ask 100% of you and you'll leave happy, exhausted and dripping with sweat.
