★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I would leave ZERO stars if I could. On FOUR separate occasions, I received a call from the gym stating membership fees were not paid, as my credit card was declined due to “suspected fraud”. This has never happened to me and this gym was the only place it had ever happened to me. Every time I go in person to pay, the same card processes with no issue. When I received the call that it had happened again for August, I decided I would cancel my membership because of these consistent issues. I was told that I would still need to pay the fee for August and cancellation would be effective for September. I paid for August and signed the paper to cancel for September. I was then denied the member’s discount for the basketball league because I cancelled my membership. Which would make sense and be completely fair, but the league fee is due in August and I am still a member for the month of August. If they didn’t run such an exceptional men’s basketball league here, I would stop going to this gym altogether.
August 18 · Tirrell SmithI have been a member for years. This is the only place locally that offers aqua cycling. I love this class as well as aqua aerobics. The instructors are amazing! The locker room is cleaned daily and I have never seen any bolts or screws hanging or on the floor. The pool water is always warm. The concrete decking around the pool is textured for safety so your little ones don't slip and fall. The staff is always friendly and attentive to the needs of their members.
March 13 · NicoleI'm down 30 pounds since going here. Its really the trainers that make this place amazing. Colleen is an amazing personal trainer and I owe my progress to her! Lisa and Stacy are amazing spin instructors! I'm actually excited to go to the gym again. So happy I found this place and great community of supportive members and instructors.
August 29 · Kirsty GillisThe locker rooms are horrible and dirty especially the family locker room that is nothing but a literal curtain. The women’s locker room has screws and bolts all over the floor and falling out of the lockers that are rusty and just laying on the soaking wet, never cleaned floors. The pool is absolutely freezing and the sides of the the pool/pool deck is incredibly rough. I would not say this place is child or family friendly either as strollers/infant bucket seats are banned. Also they are currently in the process of being shut down by the Board of Health after they have been contracting with an amazing 3rd party to let them host CHILDRENS swim lessons there now leaving people who paid for lessons with no place location mid season! All and all it’s not a great place.
March 08 · Morgann DeLoeyTwo stars because the lady I first met was exactly what someone would expect going to a gym, how ever after my last visit which left me feeling extremely racially profiled by what seems to be head staff, more than once, I might reconsider my membership …being loud with a paying member at the entrance about rules and questioning what theyre doing there after they scan there tag is wild and uncalled for, and definitely not a first impression I’d want to give off. How about actually greeting someone with hello or welcome before you start to question or loudly state gym rules… I would like to state that I did read through the rules before signing, and did not commit any violations or acts, was met with attitude and disgust upon entrance
