And I always leave sore!He does an intense session but it goes by quick. Each week there's a series of different weight exercises mixed in with intervals of cardio, which helps you to see your progress over time.He'll give you nutritional input if you want it, and pay attention to what else you're doing workout-wise. He'll also text you a workout whenever you need one so you can do things on your own time, which means you could get a week of work outs from him if really wanted to!He's very communicative, but not pushy, i.e. he's not an overly-intense trainer personality, but he definitely pushes you to work your hardest. I highly recommend!
