All the instructors are friendly, motivating and knowledgeable. They really help to push you, challenge you and make sure your form is correct. There are great variety of classes to choose from and you never get bored in a class, because every instructor has their own unique style. The atmosphere of the gym is very friendly and welcoming. Also, if you have kids- Alyssa with RadKidz is so-so sweet! Both of my kids loved her :)

It’s always a clean, comfortable environment to work out in. Good variety of classes to choose from for all levels. Alyssa is so kind and great with kids! All in all 10/10

Sarah gave us a powerful strength and fun workout with a great playlist. She also helped me throughout the entire workout as I got my sea legs back. Looking forward to cycling tomorrow!
