I always feel motivated and supported. The best coaches in the city that will actually show you the proper form and body mechanics. It’s been a great experience and has been a wonderful introduction to CrossFit. You won’t regret coming here !
July 13 · Destynee ColeGreat freaking gym! Decided to do a Drop In at RHouse and had a blast! Jut was Olympic Lifting class and felt good to get under some weight. Lemar was very welcoming and knowledgeable, the members were super cool and some good work was being put in! If you’re in the area looking for a CF Box, check them out.
