I found that type of coaching for weightlifting, cardio, and a mixture of wonderful workouts at Queen Creek fit body. The coaches are simply wonderful, they genuinely care, they give inspiring words and helpful tips during your workout. They want to see you be your best! I enjoy the interval training and various circuits where I get to be physically challenged and see myself get stronger. It’s not a typical gym, they are there every day and every minute of training throughout your workout and make it so easy with their app to show up. All you gotta do is show up and give it your best! I have met some of the kindest people at fit Body Boot Camp. I really can’t say enough about this gym, they gave me a free week to try it out, And of course I signed up and can’t imagine not going now.

Bianca is my morning coach and she is amazing! Her energy and motivation keeps me going and makes me wanna complete the workout with everything I’ve got! Perla is my afternoon coach and her focus on technique and pushing myself is awesome. I have taken a couple classes with Liz, Mandi, and Josh and they are equally as great.
