When i met the coaches i did not have confidence that i could do the programs but the coaches helped me work at my own level. Slowly i began improving and feel so much stronger and more confident. I also can’t emphasize the support from the athletes in each group. Wow they are so amazing and encouraging to each other. Today they reminded me I could do more and I surprised myself that they were right. The combination of sincere dedicated and knowledgeable staff along with great athletes make this a winning formula regardless of your starting place. They have helped make exercise pretty fun! It’s never easy but I’m always grateful after doing a class. I highly recommend Pursuit Fitness.

I was super nervous about joining any kind of gym; fear of not being able to keep up, fear of being laughed at, fear of not being able to get up off the floor - all those crazy things. But here's what happened instead!My son and I recently decided we needed to add some physical activity into our lives & we were not sure how to do it, sure we could walk and run and do pushups, but I thought we needed a solid foundation and some direction - enter Pursuit Fitness, I spoke with Paul a couple times, met him at the gym to check it out & agreed to try a class for free.Well, that changed everything about my ideas; Not only did we feel welcomed, Paul was able to help us modify the movements to fit our fitness levels (or lack there of - LOL) and he was able to do all of that without making us feel unworthy - I was relieved to be accepted where we were rather than where everyone else was without making us feel like we were on a different level.We've been going regularly for about 5 weeks now, every class teaches us something new, every class is just as welcoming - everyone has been AMAZING. Even better, now Coach Paul knows us and our abilities better, he is able to give us the motivation and courage to advance to the next level and continues to nudge us in the right direction. Everyone we have met is encouraging & friendly.We are stronger than we think and he seems to know that!We haven't had the pleasure of taking any classes with Lindsay yet; our schedules just don't match hers, but even in passing she is friendly and encouraging. I am positive she is just as inspiring during her classes!I would definitely recommend Pursuit Fitness to anyone at any level.
July 26 · Margaret OliskyI highly recommend Pursuit Fitness! Lindsay and Paul have created a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for people of all levels of fitness. The workouts are great, they are challenging but can also easily be altered to meet you exactly where you’re at. I often feel intimidated in a gym setting especially a new one but both the coaches were super knowledgable, helpful, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and the other members were very friendly. The smaller class sizes allow you to feel like you are getting that extra one on one training! The gym is clean, and the equipment is all brand new. Definitely check them out!

Coach Paul and Lindsay have been so welcoming and make me feel so comfortable. I'm a beginner to CrossFit and have limitations but everything has modifications to accommodate any Fitness Level. I would highly recommend Pursuit Fitness!
June 14 · Christine FordI absolutely love Pursuit Fitness. Paul and Lindsay are great coaches. I was never successful going to the gym. It always seemed overwhelming, like I couldn't fit in, and I just didn't know what to do. It's not like that here. Not only are the coaches welcoming, so are the rest of the members. It's feeling like a family. When I walk in (for those of you who are old like me), I'm greeted like Norm in the TV show Cheers. That is, they are excited to see me. Anyway, what makes Paul and Lindsay amazing is their patience and ability to adapt. Like I said, I've never been successful at the gym, or with weight loss. When I go to Pursuit, they adjust the program to my abilities allowing me complete the workout and feel the accomplishment. In the 2 or 3 months I've been going, I'm already seeing massive improvements. In fact, I had a body comp done at my doctor's office. Comparing it to the previous results, which was a few weeks before I started at the gym, I lost around 15 lbs but GAINED 4 lbs in muscle! Talk about motivation to keep going and work even harder. I can't thank the coaches and the other members enough because this time it feels different. I feel like my health journey is finally going the right direction. Thank you all!!
