June 18 · Erin HoepfnerI finished the 12-week program with Tina as my coach. She is very motivational and compassionate about what she does. She’s also very encouraging and supports you every step of the way. My focus was making better eating habits, introducing more veggies and fruit into my daily intake, as well as movement. I found a passion for moving again. I feel confident now. The trainers at my morning Pulse workout classes, Josh and Jeff are also great. They introduced me to a lot of new exercises and I feel strong not only physically, but mentally. This program wasn't only 12 weeks for me, but more so a mind shift to be a better, healthier and stronger person. I’m excited to see what the next year with Pulse brings. I’m so thankful for Tina, Josh , Jeff and my Pulse family for being there with me every step of the way.

I was looking for accountability, guidance, and a positive community in my fitness journey and that is exactly what I’ve found at Pulse! The trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly, the workouts are never boring and mundane, and I always leave there feeling awesome because I got a great workout and was surrounded by such a positive and supportive group along the way. Walking into the gym at 5:00am can be a very daunting task, but trainers Jessica and Josh are always bubbly and energetic which feeds my motivation first thing in the morning!
