They have really helped me with learning the correct way to lift with proper form, build strength and have fun doing hard workouts. I also love that their class sizes aren’t massive so it feels like a personal trainer session and you get to know the other members at the gym. I have had a lot of success this last year in the gym because of their teaching style and the way they encourage and meet you right where you’re at with your fitness level. I love this gym and the community and wish I could give it 10 stars! Thank you guys for doing what you do with integrity and grace.

The trainers are so knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to teaching and improving your techniques, regardless of your skill level. The other members are also so supportive, the comradery has been an unexpected bonus. If you have ever even considered trying CrossFit, this is the place to go!

Equipment is new and well taken care of, the coaches are knowledgable, the classes are well organized and end on time.As a working professional I also appreciate that they have a kids room, a lot of classes, and a shower in the bathroom. It cost more than a Globo gym but if your goal is to get in the best shape of your life give NCFit Omaha a look.
