January 01 · Darrell McKayI take a Pilates class here from time to time. The instructor is hands-on, making sure everyone is performing safely and getting the maximum benefit. The facility is spotless, constantly cleaned. It DOES NOT smell like a gym. It isn't large, just big enough for small classes. There are locker rooms with a couple of showers, again spotless, at least the ladies locker. Can't speak for the guys.I recommend this gym if you are looking for an intimate, local gym and owners who will know you personally.
August 24 · Tracey HanwellThe trainers at this center are awesome. My attitude towards fitness has changed 180 degrees since I joined in 2014. I just love the strength training classes as they have helped alleviate my back pain and also improve my mental outlook on life. Looking forward to many years of good physical health.
