Proforce is awesome and helped in my training. the trainers are knowledgable, motivating, dedicated and genuinely care. Chris, the owner, is really passionate about helping you reach your goals while avoiding injury and helps correct form. I have made more progress at Proforce than I have years at any gym. Every fitness level from beginner to top athlete is welcomed here. The best part for me is that I can get my workout done at 5am, before my kids even wake up. Not to mention, I have made great friends here at Proforce.

I have gone to multiple places, Delnor Fitness, Orange Theory, Pilates studios, Pure Barre, another strength training facility, and yoga studios. ProForce by far exceeds all of my fitness needs. Not only is the community amazing but the owner is a gem. The attention to detail just to ensure you are truly functional and moving accurately is everything you want in a personal trainer. Since joining ProForce over a year ago and after my third child I am in the BEST shape of my life. I’m pushed to challenge myself but told to respect the process and recover when needed. If you ever want to test it out they offer 1 week free trials. You won’t regret it. Everyone will make you feel so welcome because that’s the community this place has built.

The trainers prepare an hour long workout that incorporates both strength and cardio. These workouts are always changing and targeting different parts of your body. We receive the best workouts possible created by the knowledgeable staff and our individual thoughts are taken into consideration. The trainers are friendly and encouraging and make you work harder than you ever thought possible while still having fun. The 3D class is a group training class so not only are you encouraged by the staff, but you also are motivated by the rest of the class! If you are looking for a great environment to become smarter, quicker and stronger, this is the place to go. You will not regret becoming a part of the Proforce family! TRAIN INSANE!
