What is worth choosing
Choosing a sports complex for your family's athletic endeavors is a significant decision, and the Philadelphia Gymnastics Center stands out for numerous compelling reasons. First and foremost is the exceptional quality of its coaching and instruction. The positive feedback from parents and students, like the glowing review about Coach Lamont, speaks volumes about the expertise and dedication of the staff. They are not just instructors; they are mentors who are committed to helping each individual succeed, whether they are a preschooler learning to roll or an advanced gymnast perfecting a complex routine. The personalized attention available through private lessons ensures that specific challenges can be addressed efficiently and effectively, something that is not always available at larger, less-focused facilities.
Furthermore, the center's commitment to creating a state-of-the-art, safe, and clean environment is evident the moment you step inside. A facility that is well-maintained and professionally run creates a sense of trust and security for parents. The availability of amenities like Wi-Fi and the emphasis on accessibility, including wheelchair-friendly features, makes it a welcoming space for the entire community. This attention to detail shows that the owners and staff genuinely care about the comfort and well-being of their clients.
The variety of programs offered is another major draw. The Philadelphia Gymnastics Center goes beyond the basics, offering unique and engaging options like Ninja training and martial arts. This diversity allows children to explore different athletic interests and prevents them from getting bored. The camps, whether for summer or school breaks, provide a fantastic way for kids to stay active and engaged when school is out. By offering everything from recreational classes to competitive team programs, the center caters to a wide range of goals, from simply having fun and staying fit to aspiring to professional-level gymnastics.
Lastly, the center's identity as a Black-owned, veteran-owned, and women-owned business is a powerful statement about its values and its role in the community. By supporting this local business, residents are not only investing in their children's athletic development but also contributing to the economic and social vitality of the area. It’s a business built on pride and integrity, and that ethos is reflected in every aspect of the experience, from the friendly staff to the top-notch instruction.

Philadelphia Gymnastics Center Reviews
I am not one to write many reviews, but I just finished a private lesson with Coach Lamont aka Coach Awesome and it was money well spent. He has helped fix an issue I have had in less than an hour that I have been working with another facility for 2.5 years to fix. He is very knowledgeable and I am so thankful to have had him and look forward to continuing with him. Highly recommend!!
August 12 · Laurie StopyraAbsolutely fantastic facility in every way. The coaches and staff are not only knowledgeable, but professional and friendly too; the owners are great and take pride in their business; and the new facility is safe, clean and state of the art! I wouldn’t take my daughter anywhere else.
July 19 · James SylkWell organized, well run facility with exceptional coaching. My daughter loves coming here! We also hosted her 5th birthday here and they made everything seamless and easy; helping with set up and cleanup and running a top notch event for the little ones to enjoy.
February 23 · Kristen GohrAbsolutely the BEST gymnastics center! We have three kids enrolled in weekly classes at PGC—our daughters take Kindergym and Kidnastics, while our son is in Ninja. We've been with PGC for nearly five years, and we love it so much that we followed them from their old location in Conshohocken to their beautiful new space in Plymouth Meeting!PGC is everything you’d want in a gymnastics center—inviting, safe, and spotless! The coaches are incredible with kids, making every class fun and engaging. Our 3-year-old even named one of her Barbie dolls Bella after her gymnastics coach—if that doesn’t say love, I don’t know what does! The facility is fantastic—spacious waiting areas (plenty of room for strollers and all the parent essentials) and huge windows so you can watch your child’s class.Beyond the weekly classes, PGC offers so much more! Weekend Open Gym sessions let kids explore the equipment freely, and our kids beg to go every time. Summer camps? A huge hit—they’ve done both full-day and half-day programs and always ask to go back. And for busy parents, PGC’s school-day clinics on holidays like MLK Day are an absolute lifesaver!PGC is more than just a gymnastics center—it’s a place where kids grow, learn, and have an absolute blast. We couldn’t recommend it more highly!!Peter & Elena
