January 11 · Craig RanftI highly recommend PPB! Every class is different and challenging. Because the classes are small you get the attention you need to properly perform the exercises. Virginia is extremely knowledgeable and can adjust the workouts to each individuals needs. A friendly and welcoming group of fighters. Give it a try, you’ll wonder why you didn’t sign up sooner.
