Dan has a background in exercise physiology and is extremely knowledgeable about the mind-body connection. He knows how to train for optimal performance. I signed my two high school boys up for his speed and agility clinic this summer and they were blown away by his knowledge and techniques. They learned how to hold their posture, breath and foot placement to be explosive and fast. They learned proper lifting and kettlebells.
