★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I recently signed up my two children at the Oregon Gymnastics Academy to take the introductory test and see if they would enjoy it, and I must say—it’s fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and affectionate, making you feel right at home. The teachers are absolutely amazing; they are not only professional but also great with kids, showing patience and enthusiasm every step of the way.The facility itself is spotless and well-maintained, which immediately stood out to me. It’s clear they take pride in providing a safe and clean environment for children to learn and have fun.I highly recommend this place to anyone considering gymnastics for their kids. It’s a great environment, and my children are already excited to go back!Let me know if you’d like to adjust anything!
January 20 · EЯиʂɬWe love OGA! Our daughter has been going here for years for both classes and summer camps. Front desk staff is incredibly helpful and professional. Every coach we have had has been amazing. We first came to OGA after a poor experience with their competitor OMEGA who failed to inform us of class cancellations and whose staff and management was incredibly rude to us. Totally different experience with OGA.
July 19 · Jack ScholzMy five year old left class crying this week. Five year olds aren’t the best listeners but they try, and I personally try with my child. However, this places has young teachers who clearly have never worked with children before and do not have patience or even appear to seem like they care about working with children. They rush through the activities and then tell the kids to pick an activity, when asked for more help or guidance the kids are asked why were they not listening to directions. I find this extremely inappropriate for their age range, they are five not 10. If you are going to be taking peoples children into your care for 45 minutes then make sure you have coaches who are qualified. I started with a four year old who loved gymnastics and now have a five year old who hates gymnastics because it makes her sad.
August 03 · Taylor FordI took my 2-year old here during my maternity leave for my baby, and she loved it! For the youngest level, I love how it’s flexible and kind of open play, but also optional, flexible structure. I love how there’s a separate room for the little kids. The instructor was wonderful and so patient. They have rotations of themes for the obstacle courses that last 3 weeks at a time.
June 11 · Emily VelasquezThis place is awesome, if your child wants to try out gymnastics this is where you should go. Staff is very friendly. You can watch your child while they are in class.
