August 14 · Josh ObergIt’s a workout with the most benefit for the time spent. In one hour I get HIIT and strength training. I love that no two workouts are the same so they’re never boring. I appreciate having a coach there to give me modifications if I can’t quite do the move and correct my form if I’m not doing it right. I never worry about injuries from performing a strength training move incorrectly. I have tried working out at gyms before and never lasted more than a few weeks. At OT I like to work out at least 3 times a week because I feel so much more energetic all week. If I work out in the morning I feel better for the entire day. Because I am staying fit I am able to hike, snow shoe, and I don’t have to ask for help lifting heavy things or doing heavy work outside. It’s a great feeling to be addicted to something that is so good for me. I am 73 and I am strong, fit and healthy thanks to OT. I belong to the 60 strong OT Facebook group for people over 60 that workout at OT. There are so many people that are staying healthy and strong no matter what their age at OT. It is a myth that you have to get old and feeble as you age. OT will keep you feeling strong and fit.

The staff is super nice, make sure to take a class with DeShawn. He has great music, helps you with your form, and makes everyone feel included. Rachel is high-energy and always encourages you to go a little harder.
December 24 · Adelina MartI like everything. I don’t have to think, just do. The workouts have nice variety and you can push yourself as hard as you want or need with no pressure. The coaches are fun and encouraging and always willing to help modify due to injury. I also love the music. The fact that I can be drenched In sweat and still want to be singing along is kinda awesome. But what I love the most, is how I feel when I leave. I’ve never been able to stick to a workout routine ever before in my whole life but this one hit different
