★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I signed up for their “free” class which turns out isn’t free. I had to reschedule due to a very busy work week & being extremely exhausted. The studio charged me for a drop in fee without saying anything. The person working said that per “company policy” they do this because by not showing up we’re taking away from someone else’s spot. Is there not a waitlist? If the class is technically not free why advertise it as free? This company is money hungry. i’ve read multiple people online who had the same experience. I also read their terms & conditions and it’s NOT listed in there.
June 29 · RasheedaThis place offers the best workouts I've ever had. The music, the instructors, the variation in exercises every day, it all adds up to an incredible environment that you want to go back to.
December 15 · Jerimiah EasleyI first attended this studio a few summers ago. Unfortunately after an entire summer of going almost daily, the staff never bothered to learn my name. I seldom felt welcomed or a part of the "in" crowd. Today I was turned away from a class with no waitlist for being nine minutes late even though I called ahead and have experienced others (myself included) be late and not have an issue. The lack of consistency with rules and some of the staff can make for an unpleasant experience. Emory Point is much better.
July 29 · Jessica ChatmanI came back to Orangetheory after a couple years away and love this location. There are lots of windows so you don't feel like you're in an orange dungeon! The coaches are great, energetic, and encouraging! My favorite part about Orangetheory is I don't have to think about what to do and get a great workout! It is pricey, but it's an investment in your health!
March 12 · Elaina SinclairI was invited to attend my first otf class at this studio by my sister as a part of a summer challenge. She called the night before to let them know I was coming and asked if any information needed to be provided or any extra steps needed to be taken. They asked for a few pieces of information, which she provided. I showed up the next day and the studio knew nothing of me coming to class. I wasn’t told to come early and they asked for all of the information my sister had provided the day before. I struggled during a lot of the class because I didn’t understand the lingo or how some of the equipment worked. When I asked for help I was brushed off by the coach and told that there wasn’t time to help me when the rest of the class needed coaching. I was also asked to pay for the class which I didn’t mind but I thought first classes were free and I only came because my sister invited me to the challenge. Overall my experience was unpleasant and I haven’t and won’t be back.
