November 21 · Lucas BarrosI've been meaning to write this review and just haven't gotten around to it. My experience was July 2023. I took the Orange 45 Min 3G class with Hailey [instructor]. The level of professionalism and hospitality I received is what caused me to leave this review. From my first phone call explaining that I was in from out of town and had never done Orange Theory - I was treated like a celeb. They knew I was a visitor and that I would not turn into a long-term customer but they treated me like the most important customer. The phone call was informative and the follow up prompt - which resulted in reserving the 8:30am class. When I arrived the next day I was greeted with a big smile and given a very informative and detailed tour. Then I was introduced to the instructor who told me she had placed me in a specific spot so that she can watch/help me and because she placed another instructor who happened to be taking the class next to me for additional support. The class was full and there were people of all shapes, sizes, and ages. She did a great job instructing each person and creating a very communal atmosphere despite it ultimately being an individual workout in a group setting. I enjoyed the workout, attention to detail, cleanliness, and customer service! I will be back when in town!
November 09 · Brian LI’ve been coming to OTF Union for a little over a year. The coaches are so supportive, and I can tell I’m getting stronger and more confident. I love that the coaches help modify and there is no judgment from anyone if you aren’t the fastest or lifting the heaviest weights. I also love that each workout is different, so it keeps my interest and works on different body parts. I’m so happy I upgraded to a premier membership over the summer. I start my days with a 5 AM workout and have so much more productivity in my day to day tasks.I set a new PR today on the mile benchmark, and I know it is in part due to the coaches constant support and reminding that I can do the hard things!
