Not sure what a head coach does but I'm assuming she's a mix between a coach and a manager. She brings a lot of energy to the 5am class where I'm a regular and has the best playlists. It's because of her help that I can kind of, sort of perform lunges now, and for most of my life, I couldn't. Anna and Bron are also fantastic coaches, I haven't had the chance to meet all of them. The front desk staff is also very friendly, and helpful, especially Nicola and Amanda. All those reasons make OTF Springfield the best studio in the area. Keep up the good work ;)
