From the first time we came in the studio, Maddy has been the most bright and welcoming person who makes us feel at home, and all the staff at this location are genuinely the sweetest; they really make it a warm and inviting place. And the coaches are the best. Coach Tiff will motivate you to give your all and lift heavier weights; coach Hitch will play the best music and entertain you the whole time so the class flies by; coach Ray will make sure your technique is on point so you don't hurt yourself and he keeps the workout lighthearted; and coach Emma--who is just a ray of sunshine and amazing coach--will push you to work out HARD, but somehow always keeps you smiling and having fun while you do! The workouts keep me consistent with cardio, and I can feel that I'm getting stronger from the strength workouts. Love the OTF La Habra crew!

After my work schedule changed I had a really hard time getting back into a good workout routine but Orangetheory changed that. I love that all I have to do is show up and choose a station! The coaches guide you through everything! I really do leave feeling amazing every single time. This La Habra location has the greatest staff- from the girls at the front desk to all of the coaches- you'll always feel the most motivating energy from everyone:)

Don't think they should charge their members for the heart monitors though. Their system with the heart rate monitors are a great concept and keeps you working harder for your goals.
