Coach Kaymi was a JOY, to say the least. She made me feel so welcome and was so engaging with not only me, but everyone there! When I visit again; I’m definitely booking a class (or two 💪🏾) at this location!
September 12 · Regis GreenDefinitely do not recommend, had a billing issue, issues where the sound and mics went off during class. No parking , most Orange Theory’s have a lot, and it’s in the middle of DTLA. I am sure they are doing their best but disappointed overall.

Valentine was super-professional and corrected my form—I am very grateful for that! He even bothered to come and explain the optimal/best way of doing things on the weight floor for a proper burn!

The staff are extremely friendly and ensure everything runs smoothly; the studio is clean, and the coaches are the best. They provide great support, which keeps me going. Personally, I've noticed a change since joining OT. Highly recommend the South Park OT location. Thank you team!
April 19 · Kevin VazI've been here for almost a year, and my body fat has dropped from 30% to 24%. Coaches Shelby, Kaymi, and Joe are so supportive; whenever I feel like giving up, they always call out my name and encourage me. They correct my pose every time I'm doing it wrong. I started lifting 5 lbs and now I'm up to 20 lbs. Tread speed at 5 mph used to be tough, but now I can go all out at 12 mph. I'm starting marathon training now. Thank you, Orangetheory! I've attended other studios like Barry's or F45, but I feel like at Orangetheory, the coaches focus on each member's improvement and correct any wrong poses, which is unmatched by other studios.
