As someone fairly new to OTF, I’ve already fallen in love with it. The class format is fantastic—you can go at your own pace while still getting clear instructions on proper form during the floor exercises with weights.All the coaches I’ve worked with have been excellent, and Kate and Tahra are my favorites. They're both incredibly positive, helpful, and goes the extra mile to remember everyone’s names, which makes each class feel personal and welcoming. They correct your form on the weight exercises so you don't get hurt but also optimize your efforts, and also encourage you to push yourself. It's also fun to see the splat points accumulate on the board.Update: I joined a year ago. For the first time in my life, I've seen an actual transformation. I am in the best shape of my life and have more upper body strength. I love OTF and our coaches!
