I like how there are different time options for classes, different style classes, and I can adjust the exercises to match my abilities. OTF helps me stay consistent every week and I can schedule the classes a ahead of time. Most of the front desk people and coaches know me by my name. The coaches are very encouraging and most of the time the music is motivating and fun. Overall, I get a well rounded workout in a regular OTF class and I also learn about nutrition and the science behind being healthy.

There is always options for exercises if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or just trying to take it easy. On the other hand there are always ways to challenge yourself and push your limits to reach new goals. Coaches are knowledgeable and passionate. The manager Mia is awesome and head coach Shaun has great energy! Coach Crystal is also my favorite! I love all the members. Their front desk staff are also so friendly and helpful. It’s really a great little community. Do yourself a favor and try it out if you haven’t before!

I live closer to other OTH gyms, but I drive to Centreville strictly for the healthy environment. Highly highly recommend this location to anyone, especially to those who are nervous to start working out!
