I prepared myself by watching video on youtube and people's experience and they were .. right. . "you're going to die, but survive". Anyway. I loved their store front set up. It was very clean and welcoming. When you first get there, you fill out an info sheet to help make sure that you are now in their records. They then take that information and give you a heart monitor to help count your progress during the workout. Then that information during the workout, gets sent to your email for safe keeping. They build a profile so when you come back, you can continue to build on it, which sooo cool to me.Before we started our session, we were shown around the building and the different equipment. I really liked how you pair your number with everything you do from the rower, to the weights, to the treadmill. They also want to make sure they keep the areas clean so I thought it was also cool that Sara promoted "whipping your machine down" during the session.So back on Sara kicking my booty, yeah that happened. She basically pushed us. I lift all the time and do metabolic training so doing the weight stuff was easy. HOWEVER, the whole running on the treadmill and "pushing" and the inclines, laaaawd I got worked. She really pushed us and motivated us. I thought it was cool that we could see our progress on the tv school. That was also a big motivation.

The coaches are encouraging, the front desk staff are so friendly and the workouts are challenging but in a way that makes it fun! I love my OrangeTheory family!!
