January 01 · Richard WaldingerI absolutely love orange theory, and specifically this location. Front staff is all so kind and they all know who each person is and greet you as soon as you walk in. The coaches are amazing, every single one of them. They all pay attention to every individual encouraging them and making adjustments to form. I feel so welcomed and supported every time I walk in the door from all the staff and those in the classes. I’ve never had a workout class that was as supportive from everyone in the room as I do here. I came back from a 3 month long injury and the coaches really listened and looked out for me during classes to make sure modifications are working for me. I never missed a gym more than I did for those 3 months. I see the way the staff treat new members and guests from other locations and you would think they knew them for years. Something I haven’t experienced as a guest in other locations, only witnessing it at this one. Facility is always clean and equipment is always up and running or gets fixed extremely fast on the rare occasion there’s an issue. Come experience it for yourself!

My husband saw how much I loved OT and he joined, too! One of my good friends got me a ‘Judy’s Happy Hour’ towel to use when I work out & sweat and this truly is my happy hour!

Where to start…welcoming and experienced coaches (Kim is fantastic!) who motivate you and make sure you’re using good form. Perfect blend of cross training in every class — cardio and weights — with a new routine every time. The music is great, and it’s a wonderful group to work out with representing a mix of fitness levels. Get ready to sweat…it’s a challenge, but a few classes and you’ll find your groove.
