However, since Jason took over as our new head coach/studio manager, there’s been an obvious shift in the community. He brought a refreshing energy and excitement to our studio and he genuinely seems to care about the members.The atmosphere is more vibrant and welcoming. The staff is friendly and attentive and most of them are on a first name basis with most of the members. There’s a noticeable shift in how the gym operates—it's more community-focused, with engaging events and a sense of camaraderie that was lacking for quite a while.The workouts are challenging and rewarding, and the sense of belonging and encouragement from both the staff and fellow OTF members is unmatched. I’m so happy to be a part of this studio and look forward to the continued growth and positive changes under this new leadership!
