They are friendly, knowledgeable and really want you to succeed at your goals. The other members are awesome too, especially at the 5am classes, there is a togetherness, and people take note of you miss a class. This has been such a motivation to stay accountable and show up even when it’s easier to stay in bed at 3am. The trainers do an excellent job demonstrating weightlifting exercises that maximize benefits and minimize the risk of injury. They adjust your form as needed and provide alternative options if you are unable to perform certain moves.The desk staff and studio managers are friendly, problem solve studio and equipment issues and provide a fun and welcoming location. The members keep me coming back year after year. I've made some real friends at the studio. Knowing that they are there and that they hold me accountable helps to keep me consistent, even if the motivation some mornings isn't always there!I've had lots of gym memberships over the years. Many have been cheaper, but I would go inconsistently. That is not the case at Orangetheory! I have gotten my money's worth and am in better shape now than I was nine years ago!

I also have greatly benefited from the free workshops that are frequently offered at the studio. I love Orangetheory because I thrive in a group setting and the coaches give me individual attention. All the coaches are great but I gotta give shoutouts to Coach Lindsay and Coach Jayme for being so motivating and playing awesome music during the classes. 💪🏻🧡
May 30 · Jen MI’m a long time OTF member and after the circle closed and I moved, I decided to check out this location while visiting since one of my favorite coaches is there. Was HYPED to take one Lindsay’s classes. Her energy is unmatched and her motivation on the mic always keeps me going. Partnered with the layout of the studio and the energy, this studio gets 5 stars!
