April 05 · Alaina EileenI have been to a number of different studios from Cali to Chicago to Michigan, and have attended nearly 50 classes. I mean this with a full chest when I say: Freyja is the best coach I’ve ever worked with. I only dropped in to this studio for one class a few weeks ago, and if I ever move back to Michigan for good, this will be my spot. Freyja made sure to introduce herself to me, noticing me as a new face immediately. I’ve been at my home studio in Cali for a few months now and I’m sure the coaches are familiar with me, but none of them have ever actually taken the time to speak to me individually and ask me about me. To be fair, at the gym I am a little on the introverted side, but that did not stop Freyja. It is clear that she behaves this way with all of her members, not just new faces. She knew what type of modifications some members might need, and called our great efforts in a personal way. To top it all off, Freyja commands the whole room when it’s time for an All Out. She had me pumped all the way up giving 110% quite literally just because she said so. I love OTF because the music makes me feel how I wish every single DJ on every night out would have, and Freyja takes it up like 5 notches from there. I absolutely regret that she couldn’t fit into my suitcase. If you go to this location, please realize how lucky you are!!!!! Not everyone has it as good as you! Freyja should be in charge of training every single coach who comes to work at OTF. I don’t know if she was taught how to do her job so well by someone with a PowerPoint and a bulleted list, but if I had to guess it’s probably from years of external training/sports experience and a genuine passion to train others. I love being in the receiving end of someone who loves their job. 10 stars.

The coaches are incredibly supportive and motivating, and I want to give a huge shoutout to Rachel and Melissa! They both bring such positive energy to every class, always encouraging us to push ourselves while making sure we’re staying safe and having fun. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and I’ve seen such great progress in my fitness since joining. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for an amazing workout and a fantastic community!

Every staff member treats you like family and is supportive of all your goals! If you have an injury no worries! The coaches will give you modifications so you can still get a great workout!

The coaches have been amazing, they push me to do my best every class and I have definitely noticed a difference in my cardio and strengthening!!
