The front desk staff are extremely nice and friendly and the coaches know their sh*t. Highly recommend anyone looking for a new fitness studio.Only downside is the tempting Tiger Sugar next to it lol.
April 24 · Pa1Once Gyms reopened after being closed due to the pandemic I knew Orangetheory would be the only option that would make me feel safe & give me a piece of mind due to the REGULAR practice on small class sizes in comparison to actual "Gyms"....Even prior to the Pandemic every OT Studio I ever been to was IMMACULATE & By design (Due to having to book classes) they are NEVER crowded. I Canceled 2 MUCH CHEAPER gym Memberships because no cost is too high for my safety & wellness.While OT may seem costly it is worth every dollar for so many reasons ESPECIALLY in these Pandemic times.The Staff Is VERY FRIENDLY & Helpful at Carle Place, They follow every security measure (Temp check, health screening) and every other machine is used.This is the ONLY facility I plan to workout at going forward....I feel safe there.

I have been a member of many gyms but the experience I have had here is totally different.The fact that I have been a member since it has opened and have never wanted to leave to join any other gym speaks volumes. From the staff, to the management to the coaches I have nothing but great things to say. They make you feel welcomed and the coaches are so motivating. Definitely the best gym and community!!! My advice...run don't walk to become a member of the OTF community (especially OTF Carle Place).
