The location in Park Slope, Brooklyn, is particularly celebrated as a top-tier example of this global brand. This isn't a traditional gym where you are left to your own devices; it’s a high-energy, coach-led studio that uses heart rate-based interval training to help members achieve maximum results. The focus is on a structured yet dynamic workout that combines cardio and strength training, all tracked by technology to ensure you are working at the right intensity. For New Yorkers looking to optimize their time and see real changes in their fitness, Orangetheory Fitness offers a compelling, efficient, and engaging solution.
The atmosphere at the Orangetheory Fitness Park Slope studio is consistently described as a "supportive and high-energy fitness community." This environment is a key factor in the studio's success and is often cited by members as a reason for their continued loyalty. The entire staff, from the front desk to the coaches, is praised for being "encouraging, upbeat, and genuinely wants you to succeed." In a city where personal connection can sometimes be hard to find, this studio makes a concerted effort to create a welcoming space. For many members, this positive reinforcement is what helps them stay consistent and committed to their fitness journey, ensuring they "always leave feeling stronger and more capable."
The personal touch extends beyond the workout floor. One reviewer shared how the staff and coaches are "super inclusive and kind," and make an "effort to get to know you." This level of customer service, particularly in a high-volume city, is invaluable. The regional manager, Blair, is specifically mentioned for being "amazing," getting to know everyone, and "go out of her way" to ensure a good experience. This commitment to client satisfaction and smooth operations is crucial for a fitness business in a place as demanding as New York. It assures members that their experience is a priority and that any issues will be addressed promptly and professionally. This dedication to fostering a positive and well-managed environment is what makes this location a standout in the Orangetheory network and the broader New York fitness scene.

- High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): The core of the workout is a mix of cardio and strength training intervals designed to push members into the "Orange Zone," a target heart rate zone that triggers a metabolic boost.
- Diverse Workout Equipment: Classes incorporate treadmills, rowing machines, and a variety of strength training equipment, ensuring a full-body workout in every session.
- Heart Rate Monitoring: Members are provided with a heart rate monitor to track their performance in real-time on screens in the studio, allowing for a data-driven approach to fitness.
The studio's reputation is built on several key features and highlights that contribute to its high level of customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional Coaching: Coaches are described as "encouraging," "upbeat," and highly motivational, bringing "so much energy" to every class. This level of professional and personal engagement is a major highlight.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been going to OT Park Slope for a while now, and it’s one of the best workout environments I’ve experienced. Also the best gym in the OT network in my experience. The entire staff is encouraging, upbeat, and genuinely wants you to succeed. Maddy and Naomi are my favorite coaches. They bring so much energy, motivation, and fun to every class. I always leave feeling stronger and more capable. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a supportive and high-energy fitness community.
April 30 · Christian RodgersThis past year I wanted to make a change so I joined OT at this location and I am so happy I did! I love everyone here - the coaches and staff are super inclusive and kind, make an effort to get to know you and just overall have a really positive and fun attitude and approach to fitness. They have a nice locker room with showers that is well stocked with towels and essential toiletries which is essential as someone not wanting to lug too much stuff around while on the go. The regional manager Blair is amazing - she gets to know everyone and really does a great job addressing issues/keeping this place running smoothly and will go out of her way to do things for you to make sure you have a good experience/address any issues. Overall an amazing gym run by even more amazing people and highly recommend!
April 22 · Stefania D'AmbrosioAfter decades of feeling uncomfortable about fitness, I started going to Orangetheory Park Slope in October—and I’ve been showing up almost every week since. The classes keep me on track, and I’m seeing real results. I never, ever thought I’d be someone who enjoys jogging on a treadmill, but now I actually look forward to it.Coach Maddy brings great energy and creative themed classes. I love Coach Frankie’s music picks—they make early morning workouts go by faster. And Coach Nai has a great way of offering helpful tips without making anything feel awkward. Luke is always so welcoming at the front desk. This location stands out for its thoughtful amenities: they offer gym and shower towels and a full locker room—something you don’t always find at other storefront studios.OTF Park Slope is also a fun way to meet more people in the neighborhood, and the Instagram shout-outs add a nice touch of motivation. I hope corporate OTF will upgrade the app and the fitness band to more modern tech - I'd love AI analysis of my stats.I recommend Orangetheory Park Slope to anyone looking for a fresh, encouraging way to get into fitness.

January 05 · Kay RomeroI've been going to OrangeTheory for about a year now, and I'm so much happier and healthier! The coaches make working out a joy. With their help and motivation, I've gotten stronger and faster. I feel both challenged and supported whenever I come to class. While the physical benefits are awesome, the mental health benefits are my favorite part. Shoutout to the front desk staff who are so cheerful and nice...They keep everything running. :)
