I especially enjoy the Monday and Tuesday 10:45 AM strength classes with Coach Jamal and Roxanne— they’re always challenging and energizing. Coach Julia and Sydney Who I often coached by-are also fantastic coaches who really know how to motivate and support you. The studio is clean and the front desk stuff all know you by your name. They’re very welcoming and well-organized. I’ve seen real progress and always leave feeling stronger. Highly recommend!

The coaching staff excels at providing both accountability and motivation, consistently encouraging members to challenge themselves and make progress toward their fitness goals. Whatever your objective may be, the support and expertise of the coaches will undoubtedly help you achieve it.The front desk team is equally commendable—always cheerful, welcoming, and helpful, which makes a significant difference, especially during those early morning workouts when energy may be low.Since becoming a member, I’ve seen marked improvements in my endurance, strength, and overall form. I would, however, love to see more Strength 50 classes added to the schedule, as they offer a valuable opportunity to focus more deeply on muscle development.

The staff is top notch and the variety of classes and class times are awesome. I particularly enjoy the strength classes and appreciate that some are held in the evening so everyone can attend! I have noticed a significant improvement in strength since taking these regularly. There is a studio closer to where I work, but they don't offer strength/tread classes so I make the trip to the downtown silver spring studio :)

All of the coaches are amazing but Roxanne and Jamel are some of the best trainers I've ever worked with. Roxanne's energy really makes you want to try your best and Jamel has an eagle eye when it comes to form. The front desk people are so friendly and I genuinely love coming in and seeing them. The community is inviting and cheers each other on in ways I havent experienced at other gyms.I originally started going to the 2/3G classes but now I do a mix of strength and tread 50 classes to focus more on those skills. As someone who works nights, the 10:45 strength and tread 50 classes are perfect for my schedule so I don't have to force myself to get up at 5 a.m. and still have time to get ready for work after without rushing myself.As for results, I've lost 10% body fat and 20 pounds in the last 7 months. Could not recommend the place more.
