I love the variety of exercises/workouts and I love the simultaneous feeling of competition (within yourself) and team dynamics. Beyond the workouts, the coaches, staff, and fellow teammates are always so supportive/encouraging. Being new to the Syracuse area, this has been a wonderful way to meet my fitness goals while also building a strong sense of community. I'd recommend this gym and Orange Theory in general to anybody.
