It's been 3.5 months since I've joined and I've lost 22 lbs. and reduced my cholesterol by 49 points. I love Orange Theory and try to attend 5 days a week. It's part of my daily routine now. This workout fits me perfectly and I enjoy competing against myself. The coaches have been very helpful and are quick to guide or jump in when I struggle. I'd say they're pretty awesome. I love how I don’t have to think about my workout. I just go and get a great workout in. The heart rate monitor allows you to watch your pushes and recoveries to maximize your performance. But after that first class, I fell in love and signed up immediately. I’ve only been going for a month now and already upgraded my membership so I can go as much as I want because I’m obviously obsessed. My endurance and strength has already increased so much. The workouts are challenging but so rewarding and I love that I can modify when needed. The staff are so kind and helpful, always making me feel welcome and cheering me on. I don’t know how I went my whole life without orange theory, it’s truly life changing for me!

They offer modifications for all fitness levels. Everyone from the front desk staff to the coaches have been so encouraging and helped me reach a fitness level I never imagined I would reach. Cannot recommend OTF and this studio enough.
